For the two-to-ten group
The hardest size
to run.
Too big for spreadsheets, too small to be worth the enterprise price. You need to see across the group without buying software designed for four hundred units.
14 days, the whole product, no card — so nothing charges you by accident.
The week you already know.
Four exports, one spreadsheet
Every room reports differently, so the group view is something you assemble by hand and stop trusting by Wednesday.
One store is off and you cannot see which
Labor is up across the group. Finding which room, and which shift inside it, takes a day you do not have.
Everything is per-seat
The tools that scale with you charge per person, so the busiest room is the one that costs you most to run.
Every one of those, and all of it shipped.

- One view, every roomConsolidated sales and fully loaded labor across the group, or any branch of it, with nothing exported and nothing re-keyed.
- The outlier names itselfEach room is ranked against the others on labor percentage, so the one that is off surfaces without you hunting for it.
- Permissions scope downA manager sees their own room. You see all of them. One tree, both directions.
- Priced per room, not per personAdding staff never changes the bill. Adding a room does, and only by one room.
Numbers roll up. Permissions scope down.
The business is modeled as a real hierarchy and it works both ways at once, so you get visibility across the group without taking control away from the room.
- Rollups up: consolidated sales and fully loaded labor, across the group or any branch of it.
- Permissions down: a manager sees their own room and only that.
- Rolling up across rooms you own is included. Rolling up across independently-owned franchisees is the Franchise pack, and it is provisioned rather than self-serve.
Straight answers
The three you were going to ask.
Is anyone running a group on it today?
Not yet, and you should hear that from us rather than find it out. The group view, the scoping and the roll-ups are built and tested; no customer has yet run more than one room on them. If you would be the first, that is a conversation with us, not a sign-up form — and you get us on the phone.
We have three rooms today.
Then talk to us before you sign up. An account you open on this site is one location — adding rooms to it is provisioned by us right now rather than self-serve, and it takes a conversation, not a form.
Do I pay for a head-office seat?
No. The bill is per active location. Everyone you employ can have an account.
Can a manager see another room's numbers?
Not unless you place them above it in the tree. Scope is structural, not a setting somebody remembers to tick.
We are franchisees, not company-owned.
Then the Franchise pack is the one you want — cost masking per franchisee and an HQ console. It is provisioned by us rather than bought on this site.
One of your rooms is the outlier. Which one?
Connect the registers you already run and see the group ranked against itself.
