Per location, because that is how you budget. Every store gets the whole platform, and staffing is a fair-use guardrail rather than a per-seat bill. Add or remove locations whenever you like and the bill follows.
Is the intelligence extra?
No. The leak engine and demand forecasting are part of the product, not a pay-per-use add-on that runs up a bill. The copilot is included at roughly 100 questions per location each month, pooled across your locations and reset monthly.
Where exactly is the line on the Franchise HQ fee?
Here it is. A single owner rolling up across their own stores is Core — there is nothing to mask between stores you own, and the rollups are included. A brand rolling up across independently-owned franchisees, with per-franchisee cost masking and scorecards, is Franchise HQ: a flat platform fee on top of each location's Core. Which states does payroll cover?
Federal and FICA are nationwide. State withholding is complete in 13 — Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, North Carolina, plus the 9 states with no income tax to withhold. California is in preview, and more roll out one at a time. We never show a state number we have not verified against that state's own tax authority; everywhere else the federal calculation still runs and the state portion is marked as not yet covered rather than guessed at.
Do you file or pay my taxes?
No, and that is deliberate. OpslyIQ computes the estimate and the paystubs; your payroll provider or your CPA withholds, remits and files. We hold the data and do the maths. We never move the money.
I am switching from something else. How long does that take?
